1. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that the charge originated from.
2. Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card after 60 days from the date the charge was made.
3. We cannot issue a refund for more than the amount actually taken from the customer's credit card.
4. We reserve the right to make refund adjustments at our discretion and according to available information.
5. You may cancel any item from your order provided it has not yet entered the shipping process. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an order cancellation. We may have already shipped your order, but not yet updated your order status. We also may be having an outside supplier fulfilling part of your order, and it will take time to communicate with them to find out the status of your order.
6. Refunds for the The Success Through Synergy Coaching Classes are only offered up until after the first class.
7. No refunds on products that have already been shipped and/or processed.
8. No refunds on business cards.
9. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped via Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
